Thunderstorm Rips Roof off Golf Club in New South Wales

A thunderstorm hit parts of coastal New South Wales, Australia, on February 18 causing widespread damage.

Ausgrid, the largest electricity distributor on Australia’s east coast, reported “widespread power outages & damage” across Sydney. Australia’s Bureau of Meteorology also warned of “flash flooding over the next several hours” in many coastal areas.
