Thousands in New Jersey Still Without Power Following Storm Isaias

“Hundreds of thousands” of people were still without power in New jersey on Wednesday, August 5, after Tropical Storm Isaias moved through the region the previous day, local media reported.

Tropical Storm Isaias brought gusty winds and heavy rain to the region, knocking down power lines and trees as it traveled through the Northeast. New Jersey Gov Phil Murphy said more than 1.3 million power outages were reported throughout the state on Tuesday.
