Rapid City Hockey Fans Shower Ice With Soft Toys in Charity Bear Toss

Fans of the Rapid City Rush didn’t let their team’s travails against the Utah Grizzlies dent their generosity of spirit on December 7, when they donated more than 1,700 cuddly toys to charity in the team’s annual bear toss.

The Rush lost to the Grizzlies 3-0, but the biggest winners on the night were South Dakota’s Youth and Family Services, who’ll benefit from the donated toys.
