'It's All Messed Up': New York Resident Surveys Snowy Roads Near Buffalo
Heavy snow fell across the Buffalo, New York, metropolitan area on Monday, November 27, with over a foot falling in some communities.
Footage recorded by Buffalo resident Steven Madsen shows snowplows, a police officer attending to a stranded motorist, and a line of cars backed up on a highway on-ramp in Orchard Park. “It’s all messed up,” Madsen comments in the video.
A lake-effect snow warning issued by the National Weather Service remains in effect for southern Erie, Wyoming, Chautauqua, and Cattaraugus counties until 7 am Wednesday, November 29. Credit: Steven Madsen via Storyful
