London Streets Closed After 10-Story Scaffolding Ripped Down by Storm Brendan

A number of cars were damaged and roads were closed after 10-story scaffolding was knocked over in London on Monday, January 14, local media reported.

The scaffolding was ripped from the residential building it was attached to by strong winds brought in by Storm Brendan on Monday evening and fell onto the tower’s car park and adjacent road in Orpington, South London.

Emergency services arrived to the scene shortly after the collapse. No injuries were reported.
