'Incredible Chance Encounter': Otter Family Spotted at South African Beach

A curious otter family was spotted along the coast of Camps Bay in Cape Town, South Africa, footage posted to Instagram shows.

Andrew Hofmeyr described having an “incredible chance encounter” with the otters.

“Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed movement. Two little heads popped out from under a boulder in the sea, and soon there were five,” Hofmeyr told Storyful.
