Hundreds March in Boston for Breonna Taylor

Hundreds of people marched on the streets of Boston, Massachusetts, on September 25 in solidarity with protests in Louisville, Kentucky, and other cities in response to a grand jury’s decision in the case of the shooting death of Breonna Taylor.

Crowds were seen filling Washington Street in Boston’s downtown area, as shown in this video.

Former Louisville Metro Police Department officer Brett Hankison was charged with three counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree; his bond was set at $15,000. Hankison was fired from the police force on June 23 for his role in the shooting of Taylor.

Sergeant Jonathan Mattingly and detective Myles Cosgrove, the other two officers who fired their weapons while trying to serve a search warrant on Taylor’s apartment in the early hours of March 13, were not charged. Credit: Tommy Casual via Storyful
