Small hail and high winds lashed Columbia, South Carolina, in the late afternoon on Friday, February 23.

This video from Harrison Brant shows conditions at Williams-Brice Stadium in southeast Columbia, where the University of South Carolina’s Gamecocks football team play their home games.

The quick-moving storm arrived in the Columbia area at around 4:30 pm and had moved away from the city by 5:50 pm, the National Weather Service said. Credit: Harrison Brant via Storyful
