Gusty Winds Whip Through Central New Mexico Amid Storm Warnings

Strong wind and rain lashed central New Mexico as weather officials warned of widespread storms moving across the state on Monday, October 2.

Parts of eastern New Mexico and western Texas were under a severe storm watch as weather officials said the storms could bring “damaging winds, large hail, and flash flooding.”
