Fish and Debris Washed Onto Sidewalks in Valencia by Deadly Storm Gloria

Dead fish and debris were washed into the streets of Valencian seaside towns after Storm Gloria moved across eastern Spain on January 20, video uploaded to Twitter shows.

El Pais reported that at least four Spanish people died as a result of the storm, which brought “serious” destruction to communities on the Valencian coast, especially in El Perelló, Spain, according to Spanish media.

Storm waves as high as 27.7 feet were recorded off the coast of Spain, local media said, as well as winds up to 71 mph (115 km/h).
