Drone Shows Extensive Flooding in Silvana, Washington

An “entire town” just north of Seattle, Washington, was submerged in floodwaters on December 5 after an atmospheric river drenched the Pacific Northwest, local media reported.

According to the report, the town of Silvana, located in Snohomish County, was “reachable only by boat.”

Drone footage captured by Eric Stratton shows the extent of flooding in the town late Tuesday afternoon.
