Drone footage posted on April 19 shows a large skein of snow geese flying about the green fields of La Conner, Washington, ahead of their annual migration northward.
Mike Reid, who shot this footage, told Storyful he captured the sight on April 5. According to migratory data, the snow geese of northwest Washington state can fly as far as Russia’s Wrangel Island in the East Siberian Sea.
