Thai pro-democracy protesters rallied in central Bangkok on Sunday, October 18, as demonstrations continued to escalate.
The government had attempted to curtail the protests by issuing an emergency decree banning gatherings of more than four people on Thursday.
This video, posted on Twitter by user @justin_th_th shows an ambulance driving through the crowds gathered underneath the Victory Monument.
