A crowd of people were seen partying on Dublin’s Grafton Street on the night of October 21, just before a nationwide lockdown came into effect in Ireland amid a surge in coronavirus cases.
This video shows a large crowd gathered around a busker on Dublin’s main shopping street. The Irish Times reported the impromptu gathering was dispersed by police.
