Crowd Goes Wild as San Diego Officers Free Dog With Head Stuck in Railing
An energetic dog managed to get its head stuck between two railing balusters at the Balboa Park Lily Pond in San Diego, California, recently while out for a walk.
Footage shared by the San Diego Police Department on February 19 shows officers trying to free the dog from the posts as a large crowd looks on.
