Crews Carry Out Burnout Operations as Wildfire Chars Northwest Oklahoma

Oklahoma crews carried out burnout operations on Sunday, March 3, to work to contain a fire that had burned an estimated 91,270 acres in the northwestern part of the state.

Video released by the Oklahoma Forestry Services shows burnout efforts on the south end of the Catesby Fire, which was 42 percent contained as of Sunday.
