Cougar and Her Cubs Lounge About at Salt Lake City Water Plant

A cougar and her two juvenile cubs were caught on CCTV pausing to rest at a water treatment plant in Salt Lake City on Saturday, December 8.

This footage, posted to the Salt Lake City Public Utilities Twitter account, shows the three cougars walking past the City Creek Canyon and then stopping to rest before going on their way again.

The water utility company said the cats are mostly reclusive, but provided a link to some tips provided by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources on what to do if they are encountered in the wild. Credit: Salt Lake City Public Utilities via Storyful
