A series of cold fronts hit Australia’s east coast on the weekend of July 13, according to the New South Wales Bureau of Meteorology.

This video was posted to Facebook by Chilby Photography, who said it was filmed near the town of Crookwell, New South Wales, on July 13. The chilly temperatures also brought “damaging winds,” the Bureau of Meteorology said.

Earlier in the week, Crookwell experienced four days with unusually warm highs around 16 degrees Celsius (61 degrees Fahrenheit).

People in Queensland experienced the coldest temperature of the year on July 15, with some areas reaching lows of -4.8 degrees Celsius, or about 23 degrees Fahrenheit, the Queensland Bureau of Meteorology said. Credit: Chilby Photography via Storyful
