A car engulfed by the high tide in Blackpool, England, as Storm Brendan battered the area was recovered by the coast guard on January 14 and sent to “the great car park in the sky,” a spokesman for HM Coastguard Fleetwood told local media.
Its owners made their way to safety with their dog before the car was submerged, local media reported.
Blackpool was issued with a yellow weather warning January 14 for wind by the Met Office as Storm Brendan made its way across the coast.
