Canine Pool Party Breaks Out at Dog Rescue Facility in Key West

Some might see this pool as half-empty, but to these frolicking pups at Pawadise Pet Rescue in Key West, Florida, it is definitely half-full.

Mirka Miskovska, who runs the nonprofit animal shelter and provides dog-sitting services, told Storyful she was draining the pool in the video because she was replacing it. The dogs seemed to especially enjoy the slow draining process.

“It took a whole day for the water to rain through a small hole,” she said. “The dogs were just going in and out and crazy and happy, playing, jumping, swimming, diving.”

Miskovska recently found the video, which was recorded on November 9, 2018. She said that the puppies shown were not so little anymore, and some of the older dogs had passed away.
