Burned-Out Shell of Building Seen After Devastating Fire in Valencia
The burned-out remains of an apartment building could be seen in Valencia on February 23, a day after huge fire engulfed it, killing at least four people and leaving several still missing.
Between nine and 15 people were still missing after the fire, emergency services said.
