Blowing Snow Lowers Visibility in Western New York

Heavy lake-effect snow impacted locations around the Great Lakes on Tuesday, November 28, with nearly two feet of snow already on the ground in parts of New York, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

Footage taken by Joseph Frascati shows conditions at the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester Airport on Tuesday.
