'Absolutely Huge' Snowflakes Fall in Spokane

The National Weather Service (NWS) reported “buckets-o-snow” at its office in the West Plains area of Spokane, Washington, on Saturday, December 2.

According to the NWS Spokane, approximately 3.7 inches of snow fell and more snow was expected through Sunday morning, with heavy snowfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour on Saturday night in the elevated areas of the region.
