Ariana Madix is drawing a line in the sand with her ex Tom Sandoval.

On Tuesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, the Chicago star, 38, said it is “f---ing stupid” that she is still living with the Schwartz & Sandy's co-owner, 41, after she learned he was cheating on her with their former costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss in March.

“He has done some weird things like opened my mail and put my plates on my car,” she explained of their living situation. “His most recent thing is that he got this white noise.”

“I got this white noise machine because when the scandal fever was at its peak, things I was saying were being overheard by Ariana and her friends,” he countered. However, she felt that the tactic is “some sort of psychological warfare.”

With Sandoval appearing to push her out the door, Ariana was quick to shut down his request to have a birthday party at their home despite him offering to get her a hotel room for the night.

"That's not happening," Ariana told his assistant Ann after she asked about the party. "I think that's very disrespectful and inappropriate. If he wants to have a party, he can have it somewhere else."

"If there are people here making noise, I will call the cops," she added.

Ariana admitted in a confessional that the idea of the birthday bash sent her “spiraling” as she recalled his previous parties at their home, saying, "There would be loud music playing, mess, disgusting, everywhere, and it would be, like, three, four, five, sometimes six in the morning," she explains. "But now that we're not together, I'm not putting up with that s---."

When Sandoval found out from Ann that the party was a no-go, he countered that he would only have people over until midnight rather than his typical ragers. Ann responded that Ariana had threatened to call the police if there was a party.

“Obviously, Ariana is still very upset with me and though she thinks what I did makes me a criminal,” he said in a confessional. “But I doubt the police are gonna agree with that.”

While getting a coffee with Lala Kent, Ariana explained that she wasn’t willing to allow Sandoval to have a party at their home and Lala surprisingly came to his defense, saying, “I also think that from just a logical standpoint, he's allowed to have a party at his house."

"That's true," she responded. "but I'm also allowed to call the cops for a noise complaint."

Ariana eventually reversed course on her opposition to Sandoval's get-together, explaining, "Ann did text me and said, 'Now it's a group of 12 people and they'll be gone by midnight.’ I'm like, 'That seems fine.'"

When Lala, 33, asked if it would be “easier” to move out, Madix responded, "Yeah, sure, when the house is sold. Because I'm not here for him trying to assert his dominance, be louder, be more obnoxious, make me uncomfortable and then I cower and let him do whatever."

The Dancing with the Stars alum further detailed her stance in a confessional, explaining, "You can't sell the house unless both people agree to sell the house. But Tom wants to buy me out and stay there, and I'm not just gonna pack up my clothes and hitchhike down the road because Tom offered me a measly sum of money."

"The fact of the matter is he broke the home," she added. "He f---ed all of this up. He doesn't get to do that and then just, I don't know, keep it."

Despite Ariana allowing Sandoval to host the party at their home, the bash didn't entirely go to plan.

James Kennedy finally sat down with Sandoval and asked if was sorry for the “ultimate betrayal.” Before he answered the question, Sandoval brought up James sleeping with his ex Kristen Doute.

“You’re not gonna talk about 10 years ago, I’ll stop you right there,” dismissed James, 32. “You’ve got so much growing to do. It’s sad to me.”

Sandoval shot back, “So, you want me to take accountability but you won’t?”

At that, James stormed out of the house and peed on his bushes in defiance.

“Tom wants to go ahead and bring the past, I’m looking for an apology for the now,” James said in a confessional. “Nothing makes it OK for him to be lying to face for six months, outcast me from the entire group, make me seem like I’m crazy all because he was just getting his d--- wet.”
