The protesters congregated outside the Allianz SE insurance group.
Asgar Can, head of the Eastern Turkistan Union in Europe, said at the event that, "a country which stamps on human rights and commits genocide must not be allowed to host Olympic Games."
He called on large international companies like Allianz or Siemens not to support China because it implies "companies from western democratic countries support the Chinese government's acts."
China has repeatedly rejected accusations of genocide and human rights abuses in Xinjiang.
An Allianz spokesman was on site of the demonstration but refused to speak on camera, instead promising a written statement which had not been sent four hours after the protest.
