US Agencies Join Efforts to Transfer Earthquake Survivors to Port-au-Prince

Members of the US Coast Guard and USAID continued to transfer survivors of the recent earthquake in Haiti to Port-au-Prince on August 18, footage published by USAID showed, as the death toll the quake rose above 2,100.

More than 12,000 people were injured in the earthquake, with over 300 still missing, Haiti’s civil protection agency reported.
