STORY: Due to the narrowness of the stairs inside the dome of the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, the members of the local fire brigade had to move the 43-year-old Brazilian man to one of the terraces under the dome before evacuating him using an aerial truck.

With its 45.5-meter diameter and a total height of more than 116 meters, the gigantic dome designed by Brunelleschi is one of the Tuscan city's most famous landmarks, attracting thousands of tourists.
