“I don’t need anyone. I am really happy in my own company. And I also - I am not into settling down. I’ve done all that. I want to do all the best bits. All the stuff I didn’t do in my 20s and 30s."

The former Gladiators star added: "A good date is what? One that ends in sex? That is why people are hooking up. Let’s not pretend."

Jonsson appeared on the E4 show with dating gurus Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson this week and was scored 6/10 by her first match Tal.

He told her: "'I would also say, constructively, a date, ultimately, should be fun. If you're not having fun opposite the person that you're talking to, don't do it. Get up and leave."

Jonsson told him: "I felt you arrived very much with a preconceived idea of how my life looked and who I was - and that didn't go down too well with me, because I wanted you to come and learn about me, from me. Not from what you thought you knew about me."

The TV star said she would be making massive changes after taking part in the dating show, including being "brutally honest" on dating apps.

She said: "If you can’t take it mate, that’s it. You do that whole thing of, 'I’ve got to be polite'...no, definitely not. Not my thing."
