Ukrainian troops sing anthem after prisoner swap

STORY: Another video released by Ukraine's Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War purportedly showed a group of freed prisoners of war posing for a group photo.

According to the CHTPW, the group made up 50 personnel aged between 19 and 54, including 25 soldiers as well as border guards, territorial defence and national guards.

The organisation said those released included prisoners captured at Mariupol and the Chornobyl nuclear power station.

Russia's defence ministry said on Sunday (January 8) that Ukraine had returned 50 captured Russian soldiers as part of the same prisoner swap.
