Ukrainian soldiers show off their ‘Michelin-star’ restaurant on the frontline — video
Longing for home, Ukrainian soldiers are making an effort to introduce a semblance of civilian life into their daily routines.
For some, it is enough to have their favorite books or music. Others find companionship in pets, providing both warmth and a deterrent to unwanted guests. Meanwhile, some soldiers attempt to recreate the atmosphere of a bustling city with all its enticing "temptations" right on the frontline.
One Ukrainian Armed Forces unit recently shared a video featuring its fighters enjoying a visit to a "high-end restaurant" that, judging by its interior, menu, and service, deserves at least three Michelin stars.

Through these creative efforts, Ukrainian defenders are reminded of the peaceful life they aspire to, even if only for a short while, allowing them to momentarily escape from the horrors of the war unleashed by Russia.
