UK PM: country doing 'better than last year'

Johnson took the opportunity to urge the unvaccinated to get jabbed and encourage others to come forward for their booster shots.

But the Prime Minister insists the country is in a better position than last year, despite anxieties ahead over the contagious Omicron variant.
