UEM Sunrise Offers Phase 1A Units Of Senadi Hills From RM623,900
UEM Sunrise tempted homebuyers with 112 units of garden homes at Phase 1A of Senadi Hills. Launched on 4 July, the RM68 million Phase 1A was well-received during its online preview last month, which saw 70% of the units booked.
With built-up area ranging between 2,088 sq ft and 2,241 sq ft, the units come with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while prices begin from RM623,900 for an intermediate unit, reported The Edge Markets.
“We are constantly staying ahead of the curve in anticipating our customers’ changing needs, ensuring that a future-proof UEM Sunrise development can only appreciate in value and have a long shelf life,” The Edge Markets quoted UEM Sunrise Chief Operations Officer (Southern) Zamri Yusof as saying.

Located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, the freehold development is specifically designed to cater to multi-generational families. The residential eco-sanctuary offers residents wheel-chair friendly green spaces, outdoor gym and 2.5km jogging track. The development also has a children’s playground, mini tai chi area and plaza.
The 62-acre Senadi Hills has a gross development value of RM378 million and features a total of 398 housing units as well as 20 shopoffice units. It can be accessed from the Lebuh Kota Iskandar as well as Jalan Ismail Sultan (Iskandar Coastal Highway).
UEM Sunrise is set to launch Senadi Square, comprising the 20 units of two-storey shopoffice, on 27 July. To be offered from RM856,800, the units have a built-up area of 2,918 sq ft.
