Tyrese Gibson says his feud with Dwayne Johnson over the Fast and Furious franchise is over.
Gibson said that he and the highest-paid star in Hollywood have “peaced up” in recent months, burying the hatchet years after the disagreement first became public.

In 2017, Gibson called out Johnson on social media in the wake of news that the ninth Fast and Furious movie had been delayed to make way for the Johnson-led spin-off Hobbs and Shaw.
“Congratulations to @TheRock and your brother in law aka 7 bucks producing partner @hhgarcia41 for making the Fast and the Furious franchise about YOU,” he wrote.
Gibson added: “#FastFamily right? Nah..... it's about #TeamDewayne #3yrs will it be worth the wait? #NoShaw just Hobbs will this be another #BayWatch?”
It seems all is forgotten now, with Gibson confirming the softening of tensions during an interview for Comedy Central webseries Stir Crazy with Josh Horowitz.
He said: “Me and The Rock peaced up, by the way. We talked for like four hours about three weeks ago. It was great.”

Gibson dismissed rumours his own character, Roman Pearce, could receive a spin-off of his own, saying he “just could not make it about me”.
The 41-year-old added: “What’s interesting about Fast and the Furious is it’s not about any of us individually.
“We’re like the UN at this point. Everyone gets to go to the theatre and say ‘he and she looks like me’.”
Johnson also had a notable difference of opinion with Fast and Furious leading man Vin Diesel, which has reportedly also been resolved.
Gibson will once again reprise his role in the upcoming Fast and Furious 9, with both Johnson and Hobbs and Shaw co-star Jason Statham due to sit this one out.
The new movie adds WWE legend John Cena to the full-throttle ensemble and, if some cast members are to be believed, the franchise might even make the long-rumoured jump to space.

It had originally been due to arrive in the summer of 2020, but was delayed by a year as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Fast and Furious 9 is due to be released in the UK on 28 May, 2021.
