Two People in Central New Orleans Caught in Hurricane Ida's Powerful Winds

The city of New Orleans, Louisiana, was lashed by powerful winds and heavy rainfall as Hurricane Ida made landfall as a category 4 storm with sustained winds of 150 mph on August 29.

Footage by lady_k_187 filmed from a hotel on Canal Street, New Orleans, shows two people caught up in Ida’s intense winds and rain.
