Two Hospitalized After Stabbing in The Hague

Two people were hospitalized and a suspect was at large after a stabbing incident and fire at a supermarket in The Hague, Netherlands, on December 2.

This footage, posted to Twitter by Yannick Veilleux-Lepage, shows emergency services at the scene on Grote Marktstraat – a key shopping area in the city.

Police were called to a report of a stabbing at around noon. The suspect, who police said was in his thirties, fled the scene at around 12.10 pm.

The two injured victims were transported to hospital and a fire at the store has been extinguished, police said. Police asked for witnesses to come forward with information regarding the suspect.
