Two Homes Destroyed as Telegraph Fire Grows to Over 75,000 Acres in Southeast Arizona

Two homes and three outbuildings were confirmed to have been destroyed by a major wildfire in Arizona’s southeast, which grew to over 75,000 acres on June 8.

The blaze known as the Telegraph Fire grew to 76,260 acres on Tuesday, up from 61,211 acres on Monday.

Authorities said the fire was sparked on Friday near Top-of-the-World, a community in Arizona’s Gila and Pinal counties. Several areas had been ordered to evacuate.
