National Park Service rangers found a two-headed sea turtle in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, according to footage posted online by the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
The park rangers were conducting a routine nest excavation and found the double-headed turtle at the bottom of the nest and released it in the ocean. “It had signs of good flipper function.
