Twin Cities Declare Snow Emergency
Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota, declared a snow emergency on Wednesday, January 4, as 10 inches of snow was recorded at the Minneapolis-St Paul Airport.
The heavy band of snow blanketed cars, roads, and homes across parts of southeast and south-central Minnesota on Tuesday, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
Twitter user @QuinnCPhotos said they filmed this footage in White Bear Lake, near Minneapolis.
