The American Pickers centers on a group of Pickers who earn a living by “restoring forgotten relics to their former glory, transforming one person’s trash into another’s treasure,” per the official synopsis. Viewers follow along as they search for hidden gems in junkyards, basements, garages and barns, meeting quirky characters and hearing their incredible stories along the way.

Jersey Jon, who hails from the Garden State, is described as an “expert in early American motorcycles” and lists “restoring and conserving furniture and antiques” as his passions.” He’s also a long-time picking pal of Mike Wolfe and made several appearances last season.
