The affable chef is in the Moroccan city of Marrakesh this week, where he's getting a pottery lesson ahead of whipping up a delicious meal.
He learns from Mr Mohammed who's been making making tagines for decades before using one of the pots to make a sweet potato and butternut squash tagine.
He also uses the road kitchen to prepare some harissa and lemon chicken skewers.
Brit Awards 2021 - 8pm - ITV
The postponed music awards takes place tonight from the O2 Arena, hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall for another year.

The Money Maker - 9pm - Channel 4
Entrepreneur Eric Collins heads to Sussex for the second episode of the series, where he visits bakery The Sussex Kitchen in the grip of the COVID pandemic.
CEO Alex is risking going bankrupt, but Collins aims to help him turn it around through the power of social media and focusing on local opportunities.
Hospital - 9pm - BBC Two
The medical documentary series revisits University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire trust as the NHS is hit by the coronavirus pandemic.

With a large number of patients in need to critical care the Coventry hospital - where the world's first vaccine outside of a trial was administered - and its staff are under huge strain and doctors must make tough decisions.
Three Families - 9pm - BBC One
The second and final part of the impactful drama airs tonight, as Theresa (Sinead Keenan) faces her trial for helping her teenage daughter terminate a pregnancy.
Orla (Lola Petticrew) insists on supporting her mother when she learns what's happening while Hannah (Amy James-Kelly) has a battle of her own when it comes to campaigning.
Also, first-time older mum Rosie (Genevieve O'Reilly) finds there's no legal remedy to her pregnancy complications.
