She also looks into racist abuse Black artists face in the music industry as she speaks to other singers, including Keisha Buchanan from the Sugababes and X Factor winner Alexandra Burke.

Tonight's TV also includes another instalment of Saved By a Stranger and a look into the some of the nation's largest families and their budgets on ITV.

The Dragons hear another lot of pitches tonight, including one from two ex-barmen with a premium whisky subscription business and another from a construction worker with an easy-assemble lighting system.

There's also an entrepreneur hoping they'll smell out a worthwhile investment with a nose-mounted air filter.

A League of Their Own Road Trip: Loch Ness to London - 8pm - Sky One

Revisit the japes of Jamie Redknapp, Freddie Flintoff, Romesh Ranganathan and Jack Whitehall in this best of the latest Road Trip.

The gang make their way from Scotland down to London, with plenty of tasks and laughs - as well as celebrity guests - along the way.

The Little Mix star examines racism in the music industry and reflects on her own experiences as the only Black member of the band in this powerful new documentary.

She speaks with other stars including Alexandra Burke, Sugababes singer Keisha Buchanan, Raye and NAO about the racism they've faced throughout their life and careers too.

Britain's Biggest Families: 31 Kids and Counting the Pennies - 9pm - ITV

This new ITV film takes cameras into the homes of some of Britain's biggest families to see how they manage to bring up their large broods.

It follows three families across Britain who have very different budgets to work with when it comes to day-to-day life as well as special celebrations.

Saved By a Stranger - 9pm - BBC Two

Anita Rani presents as navy veteran David goes in search of the crewmates that also survived the attack on the SS Atlantic Conveyor that killed 12 during the Falklands War. He wants to reconnect and find out how they have coped after being part of such a traumatic event.

Also appearing on tonight's episode is author Darryl whose family came to the UK in the 1960s from Kenya, having originally moved there from India.

He experienced racism when came to Britain, but found a safe haven at his primary school and is looking for the teachers who gave him the support he needed.
