Trump woos Peach State voters as Biden holds dueling Georgia rally: Watch live

Former President Trump is set to hold a “Get Out the Vote” rally in Rome, Ga., Saturday — as a rematch of the 2020 election between him and President Biden becomes more likely.

Trump is reeling from an abundance of primary victories, including his most recent victory in the American Samoa caucuses Friday evening. Following an upset on Super Tuesday, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley bowed out of the race — paving Trump’s way to the GOP nomination.

Biden will also be in the Peach State, holding a dueling campaign event in Atlanta Saturday evening — just a few miles from Fulton County, where Trump is facing a criminal indictment over his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 results in the state.

The former president is expected to deliver remarks at 5 p.m. EST.
