"Very little. I just think of little."

U.S. President Donald Trump, in a preview to an expanded Fox news interview released Sunday morning, insulted Democratic presidential candidate Mayor Michael Bloomberg, mocking him for his height.

"You know, now he wants a box for the debates to stand on. It's okay, there's nothing wrong. You can be short. Why should he get a box to stand on? He wants a box for the debates. Why should he be entitled to that? Really. Then does that mean everyone else gets a box?"

The former New York City Mayor's presidential campaign immediately hit back, with pointed comments about Trump's appearance.

A statement from Bloomberg National Press Secretary, Julie Wood, reads, quote:

"The president is lying. He is a pathological liar who lies about everything: his fake hair, his obesity, and his spray-on tan."

DO WE WANT SOMETHING IN HERE THAT SAYS TRUMP'S "BOXES" COMMENT IS LIKELY TOTALLY FABRICATED - MAYBE CITE ANOTHER MEDIA OUTLET?

According to a recent Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll, Mayor Bloomberg's popularity among registered Democratic voters has surpassed that of Senator Elizabeth Warren, to the number 3 spot in the Democrats' race for the presidential nomination.

Despite the insult, Trump on Sunday, indicated he'd like to see Michael Bloomberg on the campaign trail.
