Tropical Storm Claudette Brings Strong Winds to Alabama's Gulf Coast

Tropical Storm Claudette brought tornadoes, strong winds, and flooding to Alabama’s Gulf Coast before it was downgraded to a tropical depression on Saturday, June 19.

Claudette was expected to weaken further on Saturday night but was forecast to become a tropical storm again when it moves into the Carolinas on Sunday night or the early hours of Monday.
