The announcement of Scott as a headliner comes after the rapper, 33, was arrested in Paris following a fight with his bodyguard.
He was arrested at a five-star hotel in the French capital in the early hours of Friday, Aug. 9. He was released the following day with no charges.

A source close to Scott told PEOPLE that there are no plans for him to be charged in the future and there were no injuries, or violence, to any other party, including his security team.
The source added that Scott felt his bodyguard had no protected him after being swarmed by fans and paparazzi all week while in Paris.
Scott released his latest studio album Utopia in July 2023. In March, he appeared as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live and performed two songs. For his second song, "Fe!n," he was joined onstage by Playboi Carti.
