The British monarch is distantly related to Romania's former King Michael
Charles first visited Transylvania in 1998 and was enchanted by its biodiversity
Since then, he bought and restored this Saxon cottage in Viscri
He also renovated other properties which can be rented out
with the proceeds supporting his local charity foundation
Royal approval has helped put Viscri and Transylvania on the tourism map
