Transport Plane Crashes in East Ukraine, Killing at Least One, Officials Say
A Ukrainian AN-26 transport plane crashed in Zaporizhia Oblast, east Ukraine, on April 22, with local authorities saying at least one person was killed.
Footage from Suspilne, Ukraine’s national broadcaster, shows the wreckage.
The regional government said on Facebook that at least one person died and two were injured when the plane crashed during a “technical flight” near Mykhailivka.
