Manchester United are ready to let a big-money signing leave on the cheap with a January move lined up, Liverpool’s plans for a blockbuster transfer move have made Real Madrid extremely nervous, while Sunday’s Transfer Gossip claims Man City are poised to move for a £105m Chelsea target.

AARON WAN-BISSAKA HEADING FOR MAN UTD EXIT DOOR

Aaron Wan-Bissaka will be allowed to depart Manchester United on loan in January – with the player’s next club already lined up.

The 24-year-old is well out of favour at Old Trafford, managing just four minutes of football under Erik ten Hag. But the new United manager has already seen enough of the full-back – and has now cleared the way for his January exit.

According to The Sun, a January loan return to former club Crystal Palace is already being lined up.

And the switch to Selhurst Park will grant the Eagles the opportunity to make the move permanent next summer.

His exit will spark a troubled time for Wan-Bissaka at Old Trafford.

Having signed under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in summer 2019, Wan-Bissaka was the most expensive player in British football history having not to have won a senior international cap.

However, their prospects of receiving a decent fee for the player are seriously on the wane. Having struggled to make an impact with the Red Devils, Wan-Bissaka now has just two and a half years remaining on his deal.

Per The Sun, United will waive a loan fee for the full-back. That’s as long as the Eagles pick up his entire £80,000 a week wages. And during that time, Wan-Bissaka will hope to impress Patrick Vieira enough to make the move permanent.

United hunting a new right-back

With Diogo Dalot one of the first names on United’s teamsheet, Ten Hag is now on the hunt for a back-up.

In making a sly dig at Wan-Bissaka earlier this week, he suggested a new right-back was firmly in his thinking ahead.

And it’s now surprise to see United reportedly plotting a fresh raid for a Championship star who has long been on their radar.

“I’m really happy with the development of Diogo,” Ten Hag told Sky Sports.

“His defensive positioning is growing from game to game. HIs time, also duels, are better from game to game. And in possession I think he’s really good.”

In having a dig at Wan-Bissaka, Ten Hag is hinting United will actively pursue a new right-back in January.

He added: “He [Dalot] has the breath to go up and down [the flank] so the development is really good.

“But I have to mention, I think a club like Man Utd need two good full-backs. We have a lot of games to cover.”

LIVERPOOL MOVE FOR JUDE BELLINGHAM CAUSES REAL MADRID PANIC

Real Madrid’s ‘belief’ they were on course to win the Jude Bellingham transfer race has been ripped to shreds by Liverpool, per reports.

The England teenager has emerged as one of the world’s most in-demand players. Operating in an advanced midfield role this season, Bellingham has six goals and two assists from 20 appearances. Furthermore, he’s also worn the Dortmund captaincy to underline his status and maturity.

However, BVB know that keeping Bellingham beyond the end of the season is a tall order. Indeed, several big-hitting sides are firmly on his trail and ready to test their resolve for retaining his services. To that end, his asking price may well top £130m (€150m).

There are few sides in world football who could finance such a move – with Real Madrid one of them. As a result, there was a belief in the Spanish media and among Madrid circles, that Bellingham would become a new era Galactico in 2023.

That asking price was expected to rule Liverpool – not among the wealthy elite of clubs – out of the transfer race. However, a report this week claims the Reds are ready to pay whatever it takes to sign Bellingham.

Now, according to Marca, Liverpool’s reported move for the star has officials at the Bernabeu nervous. And they now fear that Liverpool are their main rivals for his signature and could actually usurp them for the transfer.

Jurgen Klopp is desperate to freshen up Liverpool’s midfield in 2023 with reports also claiming two of their current options are among three stars put up for sale by the Reds ahead of the January window.

RAFAEL LEAO TRANSFER RACE: MAN CITY PLOTTING MOVE

Chelsea and Manchester City will reportedly test AC Milan’s resolve over Rafael Leao by lodging huge bids for his services.

The Portuguese forward has established himself as one of the leading players in Serie A. Indeed, since arriving from Lille for £29m in 2019, Leao has scored 33 times in 133 appearances.

But don’t be fooled by the stats; Leao is a player who has got better and better in recent seasons. And he already has nine goal involvements (five goals, four assists) from 11 Serie A starts this season.

Chelsea are among those looking to pounce for his services. They made an enquiry for his services over the summer without actually launching an official bid.

But with his contract due to expire in 2024, the Blues are now planning to make their move.

However, per the Mail on Sunday, they will not be alone, with Manchester City are readying an offer of their own.

The Italian paper claims the Premier League pair are both prepared to pay £105m for Leao. And a move to either would represent a transfer record for both.

And while Milan hope to tie him to a new deal, they are yet to reach an agreement.

As such, there are growing claims in Italy a January move to the Premier League is on the cards.
