The Trials in ‘Agatha All Along’ Are Not For Basic Witches And Not Everyone Survives
The Witches Road is definitely not for the faint of heart. The new dimension in the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings to life some of the most deadly and harshest trials to test the witches who want their one biggest wish to come true. And now it's Agatha's turn to walk down the road again in Agatha All Along as she tries to get her powers back with the help of her brand new coven. With each special trial taking on a form against one particular member of the coven, well, things are about to get very personal real quickly. Even though they all know the big consequences if they fail, they are still hoping that they can complete the trials and get the thing that they've been wanting the most. So ready to go down the road with them?
Here are all the trials in the Witches Road that are shown in Agatha All Along.
Episode 1: "Seekest Thou the Road" and Episode 2: "Death's Hand In Mine"
There are no trials in either one of these episodes.
Episode 3: "Through Many Miles of Tricks and Trials"
Time period: Current
Trial: Those who drank the wine have been poisoned and experience hallucinations. They have to gather the ingredients to be able to make the antidote before they timer runs out.

Episode 4: "If I Can't Reach You / Let My Song Teach You"
Time period: 1970s
Trial: After Teen plays a record backward, an evil demon is summoned within the recording studio that they are at. The coven must play the Ballad in order to be activate a protection spell and kill the demon in time.
Trial intended for: Alice
Did anyone not survive?: Nope
Episode 5: "Darkest Hour / Wake Thy Power"
Time period: 1980s
Trial: The coven must use a Ouija board to contact a spirit from Agatha's past, which is revealed to be her own mother. The coven must decide to either punish Agatha or continue with her. Evanora posses Agatha, who is then attacked by Alice. Agatha absorbs Alice's powers instead and is able to escape her mother's possession. Teen notices another spirit is trying to contact them via the Ouija board and says his name, Nicholas Scratch, prompting Agatha to stop. Alice, after getting her powers absorbed, dies.

Episode 6: "Familiar by Thy Side"
There is no trial in this episode.
Episode 7: "Death's Hand in Mine"
Time period: N/A, but they are all dressed up as famous witches
Trial: The main challenge for it is tarot where one person must do a reading for the one known as The Traveler. If they are incorrect, swords will start falling from the ceiling for each wrong card placed as it continues to slowly come down also giving them a time limit.
Agatha initially did a reading for Billy, but it didn't work as she did not take it seriously. Meanwhile, Lilia finally arrived and did a proper reading for him until she realized that he is actually not The Traveler. Lilia then pieces together that she's The Traveler as she has been living life out of order. She does her own reading which stops the ceiling from coming down and killing them all. Despite completing the trial, Lilia decides to stay behind to face the Salem Seven and reverses the tower card to turn the place upside down. The Salem Seven get impaled on the swords while Lilia lets go at the last minute leaving her fate unknown.

Episode 8: "Follow Me My Friend / To Glory at the End"
Time period: N/A, but they all woke up in body bags in medical gowns
Trial: Also known as The Green Witch trial, the coven must find a way to grow a plant in a room where there is no soil and has grow lights above. When Jen discovers that Agatha was the one who bound her, she does an unbinding spell to get her abilities back. Once she is successful, she disappears from the road as she got what she needed from the Road. Agatha then helps Billy try to find Tommy's soul and put it in another body like he did with his own. After he succeeds, Agatha is left alone to complete the trial. She finds a seed in her locket and uses a spell to help it grow via a new hole on the floor that contains soil, thus completing the trial.
