Traffic at Standstill as Ice Causes Crashes in New Jersey

Drivers reported disabled vehicles and crashes on roads in New Jersey Wednesday morning, January 5, as freezing temperatures slicked the region in a layer of ice, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
